	Maintenance or Service Contracts
	Coherent can offer very competitive service and/or maintenance contracts for small to medium sized business that require peace of mind. Typically we will provide one on-site day per month under the contract to perform system checks, install latest fixes and answer user concerns. Contracts that require specific response and fix times will be negotiated separately as required. These contracts are offered in partnership with Sajocustom Ltd.

ISO9001	Although not ISO9001 qualified, Coherent is in the process of gaining accreditation. That being said, Coherent does work to an established quality system which is open to client inspection.
